Colm Tobin

Colm is an Associate Solicitor with J.W. O’Donovan LLP. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in December 2018, having joined J.W. O’Donovan in October 2015 and completing his training with the firm. Colm primarily works with the firm’s property department in relation to all aspects of Commercial Property, Residential Property and Landlord and Tenant matters. Colm also works within our Construction Law department, advising on varying forms of construction contracts. Colm is a member of our know how team, which co-ordinates legal updates to clients.

Colm holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Cork, a First Class Honours Masters in Law from University College Cork, and a Diploma in Construction Law from the Law Society of Ireland. His Masters in Law focused on various aspects of business law and more particularly examined the topic of private party actions in E.U. Competition Law.
