Colm is an associate solicitor in the real estate team acting in relation to all aspects of commercial and residential real estate and landlord and tenant matters with considerable experience in assisting the owners of shopping centres on the acquisition, disposal and leasing of the assets. Colm also advises on construction law, specifically on the varying forms of construction contracts to include the negotiation of supporting documentation and collateral warranties.
Colm holds a Bachelor of Civil Law, a Masters in Law from University College Cork together with a Diploma in Construction Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
