Jerome has been a partner in J.W. O’Donovan LLP since 1997. He heads up the firm’s commercial property department and has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property and Landlord & Tenant law. He acts for the owners of several major shopping centres as well as international retail chains and private investors. He has recently acted in the sale of a number of large portfolios of shopping centre assets. Jerome is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute, a member of the Society of Construction Law, a past Council Member of the Law Society of Ireland and a past President of the Southern Law Association.
